Built in 1812 just as the war of 1812 was beginning, this historic Greek Revival is located in the center of Belfast Maine sited along the waters of Penboscot Bay. 2 min walk to the downtown square. 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with full kitchen, washer/dryer, and desk for work. No parties that could cause damage or a mess The space My family and I live in the main house on the property. The guest house has its own spaces and doesn't share anything with the main house. No parties of any kind that would create too much noise and cause noise complaints from neighbors, cause a big mess, include lots of drinking or smoking, or require decorations.
