Beautiful gardens, two pools with lounging areas, gated parking and 24/7 security. This condo is only 25 minutes from LIR airport. Excellent location. The space This is a lovely and spacious condo that will make want to return again! The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, the second bedroom has a Queen Bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There are two full bathrooms. The living space is very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking! Guest access Guests will have full access to the condo and private terrace. The parking area, common area and pool are shared. Other things to note This condo is 100 meters from the beach and 400 meters to town plus 100 meters from other restaurants, coffee shops and more. A car is optional. Golf carts are also an options but depending on times of the years, you will need to order in advance. You would fly into LIR airport and you are 25 minutes from the airport. Playas del Coco is close to many nice beaches and things to do. Rincon de la Vieja, Diamante Adventure Park, Rio Celeste, La Fortuna, tours with sloths and so much more. Pulmitan Bus drops you off in town and has a great schedule as well from San Jose. Red taxis are available. US dollars and the local currency(colon) is accepted.
