On one side of the residence are bedrooms 1 & 2: a king ensuite with huge bathroom and 2 closets, and a bunkroom with a queen-over-queen bunk + trundle. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are on the other side of the home, one a king ensuite with ½ bath that opens directly to the pool, and the other a secluded room with 2 full beds. A second full bath with walk-in shower is conveniently located between these 2 rooms. Having fun in the sun is as easy as stepping out the back door and jumping into the sparkling pool that was designed for all ages to enjoy. Other things to note You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. The minimum age to place a reservation is 25 years. Access to the home can be restricted if requirements are not completed. This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption. Holidays: No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation. There is a $500 security deposit required.
