In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do in town, my favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more. This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We ask that you be mindful of quiet hours between 10pm-8am. Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy. IMPORTANT: AWD vehicles are strongly recommended in winter months in order to get to the Winter Park Valley. Once here, the roads are well maintained! Use hot tub at your own risk. A $100 fine will be charged for misuse of the hot tub requiring a drain and refill. Please shower before entering. Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees, as well as additional charges for optional services such as adding pets or requesting early check-ins.
