The space The living area features high-end amenities including in-floor radiant heating, 10-foot ceilings, custom lighting, a 65-inch Sony smart TV with a Sonos soundbar and subwoofer, and a gas fireplace. Expansive windows showcase breathtaking mountain views, while a large, cozy Pottery Barn down sofa and sumptuous leather barrel chairs provide comfort. The chairs swivel to allow easy interaction with guests in both the living and dining/kitchen areas. Just outside, the spacious wrap-around patio offers a private hot tub and a gas BBQ grill for outdoor relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen includes white oak cabinetry, striking granite countertops, custom lighting, and a generous kitchen island with three designer leather chairs. The adjacent dining area seats six comfortably, perfect for gathering around the main table. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a Westin Heavenly mattress and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanities. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a Westin Heavenly mattress and a bathroom just across the hall. The third bedroom, located near the entrance, is furnished with a queen-size bunk bed and a twin XL bunk bed, both with Westin Heavenly mattresses, making it ideal for both adults and children. The den near the kitchen doubles as an additional entertainment space and an office. It includes a full-sized sleeper sofa (sleeps two), a 50-inch Sony TV, and a work station complete with a large Dell monitor, docking station, keyboard, and mouse. Additional amenities include a large mudroom at the entryway, ski lockers just outside, complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a gas fireplace in the great room. Please note that the unit does not have air conditioning. Parking is available in an open area near the condo’s entrance, with ample space and private garage access for one vehicle.
