It's perfect for a family retreat and a friends trip. 6-8 people can stay comfortable and for an extra few extra beds or mattresses can be arranged. If you'd like to bring your own tent there's also space for that. We are very relaxed and happy to meet traveller's. Other things to note Our summer beach house is an old style beautiful structure brought about 100 years ago from England. We make every effort to preserve the original parts of the house and we love having guests who enjoy the rustic feel that makes the body and mind connect with the inner peace. If you are stressed, tired, uninspired, lost come enjoy the magical peaceful calming vibration of our house. We're happy to be receiving you in our home! Please, enjoy it and help us take care of it. Below a couple of guidelines to help you have enjoyable and safe stay: 1. The swimming pool - yes, it's working and feel free to use it as much as you'd like! We clean it profoundly every week but if there's a lot of wind, some leaves may end up in the water. There are some tools around the pool to help you clean the surface whenever needed and if you observe that some additional dirt has settled down at the bottom, let us know and we will send someone to help clean it up. 2. Internet - the connection is very good and we've used it working from home so it's tested ;) 3. TV - it's connected to the internet and you can use the Netflix account that's already registered on it. 4. Smoking - strictly no smoking on all premises. Please, respect our smoke free positive, healthy vibe of the house :) 5. Bedsheets are provided 6. Cutlery, plates and glasses, pots and pans - all of this is available at the house so you can use the kitchen to cook at home. 7. Safety / safety alarm - whenever we're not at home we switch on our safety system via an app. We will switch it off when you arrive at the house. If you'd like we can also program it during your stay whenever you are outside. 8. Neighbors and noise - our neighbors are very friendly and easygoing and we always take care to make sure we comply with the common sense social norms to maintain our positive relationship. Feel free to play music during the day and have fun outdoors as much as you'd like; the space is huge so it won't be bothersome if it's reasonable. However, we do ask you kindly to comply with the regulations and covid policies of not organizing social gatherings of more than the booked number of guests and strictly not making noise after 1am. 9. Parking - there's a covered parking for up to 2 cars on the premises. The garage space is a joint space with the quincho/barbeque area (parrilla). Therefore, if you come with 2 cars consider that the table in the quincho might need to be moved aside if you want to have both cars inside the covered space. In any case, please, do refrain from parking on the grass as we're trying to help it stay in the best condition :) To get a better idea of the set up - check out the photos attached in the profile. We want to make sure to give you all the information necessary to ensure you're comfortable and everything is as expected, but if there's any additional questions, please, ask away before booking. 10. House capacity and rooms - there are 3 bedrooms (1 with a big queens bed/Cama matrimonial + 2 rooms with 2 single beds each). Additionally, there's a large living room with the dining area about 50 square meters. The maximum capacity for the house is 6 people and all of the guests need to be registered with us sending a photo of the IDs of each person for security reasons. 11. Air-conditioning - the house has a few roof ventilators but because it's an old-style house, the original structure is built to protect from the heat. You'll see that even on very hot days the inside is very nice and cool. There's also a mobile air conditioning. 12. The fridge - there's a big fridge with a freezer, feel free to use it.
