Carefully and beautifully built with native woods, these houses have special luxury touches throughout - 40 overhead Hunter fans, fully screened louvered windows, well equipped kitchens and comfortable outdoor seating areas. The space The 3 homes are built on a huge property where nature surrounds you and there are miles of secluded sandy beach for you to enjoy just a short walk from the front steps of the three homes. You and your group will be thrilled to stay at The Beach House which is a 5000 square foot home that sleeps up to nine in 4 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, La Playa Casita which is a new 3500 square foot home which can comfortably sleep up to seven people in 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms & Las Palmas Casita which is an 800 square foot home sleeps up to four in 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom). Up to four young adults or children can be accommodated. You could comfortably fit a group of up to 23 people in the three homes. The property is well-designed for large groups, as the Beach House has a very large kitchen and a huge wrap-around porch, which is perfect for entertaining or just hanging out after a day of adventure or a relaxing day around the pool The property has 9 full-time staff members & daily maid service is provided. The large kitchen in the main house is wonderfully laid out for cooking your own meals or, you can hire our local cook or a chef to prepare delicious dinners. As a Bed & Breakfast, we normally serve a wonderful breakfast daily on the porch of the Beach House. We can offer that service to an additional charge. Please inquire. We can offer you laundry and baby-sitting services upon request. In addition, we have excellent restaurants close by – including four beach bar/restaurants that are a 2 to 5 minute walk. Our new yoga & exercise studio can accommodate 20 people in an exciting and beautiful new facility. Here we can offer private classes and the service of a wonderful massage therapist in a separate Massage studio. Complimentary items such as bicycles, snorkeling equipment and UV purified drinking water are provided. When you arrive in Bocas, we would be there to meet you at the airport or water taxi, help you to shop for groceries etc. and then we are off to the beach. During your stay we could help to arrange any sort of day-trip or excursion that you wished, from a catamaran trip to snorkeling to surfing lessons to horseback riding. We have our own horses and offer guided horseback riding at a nominal charge. There are so many things to do here that are out of the ordinary to make your holiday special. If you rent all 3 houses, the spectacular 65-foot Oceanfront pool is a private pool for your group! Guest access The entire property. We have 14 horses and offer 3 hour guided tours that are available at $50 per person, 100 sheep, grow limes, pineapples, plantain and other exotic tropical fruits. We have more than 50 species of birds on the farm and a guided early morning tour is available for $25 per person.
