The location is amazing, only 3 blocks to the ocean (walking distance to la Posta del Cangrejo) and 1 block from the main street and heart of La Barra where you'll find restaurants, bars, stores, market and more. The house has 4 bedrooms (master bedroom with queen bed, fireplace and closet, two bedrooms with queen bed and 1 single bed each, the maid´s bedroom with 1 single bed) Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Ventilators in every bedroom. Spacious living-dining room with tv, fireplace and air-conditioning. Complete kitchen with stove, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The house is also fully equipped with Wifi, tv, alarm. It's a very luminous house and has a big terrace. A beautiful garden surrounds the house and has outdoor chairs, seating/eating area and BBQ. Every window has screens against mosquitoes. I am available at any time to help guests with anything needed.
