The Cozy Cottage is just 9 miles from Clemson’s Memorial Stadium (Death Valley). This peaceful retreat has plenty of comfortable interior space and has an expansive exterior country setting. Close enough to enjoy all of the game day excitement and local restaurants, yet far enough away to escape for a restful vacation. The best of both worlds! Close to hiking, waterfalls, and lakes. 4 miles to Southern Wesleyan University. 25 miles to downtown Greenville. *No pets allowed. No Smoking The space The best way to describe the cottage is a little bit romantic, and little bit rustic. It is a very comfortable space. The interior of the cottage is an open floor plan. There is no door separating the bedroom from the living room. The space is most suitable for 2 adult guests or 2 adult guests with 2 children. 4 adult guests MAX but there is very little privacy. There is an air mattress available. There’s a patio outback that is perfect for morning coffee or an evening beverage. Other things to note No cleaning fee is applied so guests are required to complete light housekeeping before departure. Linens, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee are provided.
