* Ground floor house, accessible, spacious, quiet street at 250m from the beach. *Family and friends with their pets are always welcome! The house is safe for them! *On the front balcony, enjoy moments of relaxation after the beach on the hammock overlooking the garden. *How about doing home office/even studying on the balcony with the 350mb Wifi? *Oh, the gourmet area has a barbecue, large sink, table and chairs for that nice barbecue! *Walking or cycling in the late afternoon on the beach avenue. The space Although it is a ground floor, the house has a step for access to the balcony, but it allows accessibility through the kitchen door. - Informal decor and quite comfortable . The house is used by the family in some periods, so we have a bedroom, in the back of the house that is inaccessible to guests because it keeps personal belongings of the family . - Living room with sofas in fabric(please do not sit wet on the sofas!!) rack and smart TV with internet access, netflix, youtube, etc. - Two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with one double and two single. - We can release for two to three more people to sleep on the couch or on mattresses on the floor. - The base price of the nights is for up to 4 people, above that there is an increase per day per extra person. -We do not provide bedding and bath. We have pillows and blankets in the house for up to 6 people. Extra guests should bring these items. - We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper, liquid soap, disinfectant, rugs in the bedrooms and bathroom. Broom, squeegee, floor cloth, detergent and sponge in the sink. - If necessary, we can provide the bed and bath linens for a laundry fee, check it out. - The house has a large kitchen, table with chairs, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, 4 burner stove with oven, sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender, various utensils to prepare meals and serve. -We have ceiling fans in living room and two bedrooms, plus a Floor Fan. - Covered balcony in front with hammock, uncovered garage for 4 cars on the side. - Covered gourmet area in the back with masonry barbecue and large sink, table and chairs. - Laundry room with tank, washing machine and outdoor bathroom. - If there is a need for any kind of maintenance or emergency during your stay please get in touch. We have insurance from Porto Seguro. - In the neighborhood there are families who reside, and out of respect for them we ask our guests to comply with the law of silence after 10 pm. and also during the day avoid excessive noise that may disturb. - The beach is just 4 minutes walk from the house, on a lighted avenue, with tracks for walking and cycling. - Calm beach, shallow and few waves , is flat, great for walking in the sand and safe for children. - Almost all beaches in Caraguá have great kiosk infrastructure with sunshades, chairs and a wide variety of food and drinks. Some have live music in the summer. - The property is 7 km from the center of Caraguá, towards São Sebastião, only 1 km from Shopping Serramar, with several cinemas and shops. - It is just a few blocks from the Porto Novo event square where the free summer shows and other events take place throughout the year. - Our coastline has beautiful beaches. It pleases at all ages. Make your itinerary and come and enjoy this paradise. - In the center of the city we have a varied and complete trade, with several restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, various services, hospital and prompt service. - Your family and friends will be able to enjoy sports, adventures and culture. There are 40 km of beaches. - A lush nature in the State Pq of Serra do Mar, trails, hang gliding and kite surfing flights, bicycles, skate park, amusement park, theater, museum, cinemas, event square, concerts, crafts, fairs, excellent restaurants for all palates, sea and river fishing terminal, fishing terminal,with fresh fish every day(about 1 km from the house),boat ride, banana-boat, among other attractions. - An unmissable attraction is to climb the Santo Antônio hill to see the sunset from above, overlooking the entire edge of the city! There are two other lookouts with a beautiful sea view, on the beach of the camaroeiro. - You can also spend a wonderful day in Ilha Bela or São Sebastião ( southbound, just 20 km) or head north to Ubatuba (about 35 km) to enjoy the beaches there, including schooner tours going in the morning and returning in the afternoon. We are following all guidelines for cleaning and hygiene of the house before and after each accommodation, for your safety. Guest access * The house is independent, with all accessible areas except the back room as explained above. * Entrance is through the garage or pedestrian gate and then through the kitchen door in the back. * We have electric fence in the house for your greatest security and camera just at the entrance to the gate. * We request to close the entire house whenever they leave. * In case of any electrical , hydraulic or other problems please get in touch. * Parking for up to 4 cars in the house. * The nearby beach,about 250m, can walk, but it also has many parking spaces. * If necessary, bus lines pass on the beach and on the highway. Other things to note - Smoking is not allowed indoors. The outside area of the house can be used for this. - When you come with your pet, make sure it doesn't get dirty or spoil things in the house. If he pees on the sofa or beds, it will be necessary to hire a washing company,( the cost will be passed on to the guest) because the normal cleaning does not remove this smell and/or stain. -If he barks a lot in his absence, it may be necessary to take him to a small hotel, if there is a complaint from the neighbors. - We accept to receive your pet, but all responsibility for their safety and health rests with the guest. - Try to leave the house in the best possible conditions, as found on your arrival and report any occurrences. - The dishes must be washed and stored, the barbecue must be cleaned, as it is not part of the cleaning, and all trash collected and placed in the trash bin on the sidewalk.
