Walking less than 4 blocks you will reach the best center of entertainment of Miraflores, Larcomar and less than 10 minutes to the main park, Kennedy. The apartment is located on the 8th floor of Avenida 28 de Julio, in Miraflores. It has 4 bedrooms. The first room has a queen bed and a single sofa bed, and cable television. The second room has a queen bed, the third room, two and a half square cabins and the fourth room, a single bed with a full bathroom. In the hallway there are two full bathrooms. In the living room there is a futon where one person can comfortably fit. It has a large kitchen and laundry, all areas are fully equipped. The apartment has a heater and a portable air conditioner, as well as fans. The neighborhood is quiet, next door there are cafes, restaurants, minimarkets, where you can find everything you need and at hand, without having to walk so much or take a taxi. We have 1 parking lot and we recommend that you do not rent cars that are taller than 1.90 meters because it will not fit through the door. There is no visitor parking, so it is appreciated that you take precautions. In the building we have neighbors who are older adults and newborn babies. They are asked to respect the rules and recommendations, in order to avoid complaints from neighbors or knocking on the door to ask them to respect the rules. Other things to note Due to bad experiences with previous guests that caused fines, evictions and complaints from neighbors, we do not receive reservations from groups of friends who book to meet for some kind of celebration. For that reason, we ask you to please read our rules and recommendations visible on the website.
