It's a great place for families and groups of friends. - 4 bedrooms (3 with queen beds and 1 with 2 single beds), with great ceiling fans. - Living and Dining area with tables, chairs, and bar seating - Spacious and fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill - Patio with grill and lounge chairs, hammocks, and plenty of sun or shade - Outdoor showers While you're here, we can help you with Surf rentals, classes, horseback riding, walking and hiking suggestions, renting a boat, eating nearby or getting groceries if you want to cook on your own. Guest access Guests have access to all the house except 2 rooms and a laundry room, not on pictures in listing. Other things to note Given our location in a semi-secluded paradise, we sometimes deal with power outages. However, we have solar panels installed that provide some lighting when the lights go out and we have a water tank installed that provides water to a shower and an outside sink. ACTIVITIES NEARBY || Relax and swim at ||| -Majagual beach: Calm and relaxing beach where you can enjoy awesome sunsets, great walks get away from crowds. El Ranchito restaurant is at this beach. -Maderas beach (north part) (northern non-surfing part in front of the house). Also very calm, steeper beach, great for swimming if the waves aren’t big. If the waves are big, don’t not swim here. Juanita’s Kitchen restaurant is here. Maderas beach (southern part) (southern surfing 10 minute walk down the beach around the rocks). Crowded, many bars and restaurants, surfing. Still, very beautiful! || Surf || You can surf at the southern end of Playa Maderas. Or take a day trip to surf Playa Hermosa or Playa Remanso (Surf schools at beach), south of San Juan del Sur. Playa Madera suggestion: Rebelde Surf School. Longer drive surf spots: Playa Yanqui, Popoyo, Gigante || Wildlife || There will be a lot of wildlife in the area during the day and night. Don’t be afraid if the monkeys start howling in the middle of the night or day. If you stay up late at night, you might spot a sea turtle coming up to shore to lay eggs! || Walk & hike || around the different roads and beaches in the area. || Horseback Riding || on the beach and through the forest.
