Set on a 20-hectare agricultural estate, our self-catering cottages are former outbuildings that have been fully renovated and converted into places of rest and relaxation. They can be rented independently or in groups. The "Aix" gîte has been awarded 3-star Meublé de tourisme status. A guarantee of quality for your vacations! Located to the east, the "Aix" gîte adjoins the "Oléron" gîte, and offers a surface area of 120 m². The rental comprises 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 doubles, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds), a living-dining room with sofa bed (TV, DVD player, wired/WiFi internet connection available), a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), a bathroom, a shower room (washing machine and tumble dryer) and 2 separate WCs. Linen and breakfast are available at extra cost. The 1500 m² garden is equipped with a children's swing, a ping-pong table, a barbecue and garden furniture. You'll also be able to take full advantage of the outdoors, the heated indoor pool and the nearby sea baths. For a rejuvenating vacation in the fresh air... The heated, covered swimming pool is open all year round, from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. It is secured and locked. As it is shallow (1m20), jumping in is prohibited. Private parking is available outside the gîtes. A catering service is available on site. Pets are accepted under certain conditions. Please respect the peace and quiet after 11.30pm. For your leisure, we offer activities such as ping-pong, Molky, boules, trapeze and swing.
