The best part of my home is it’s location. You are walking distance to the marina, a little grocery store,to coffee shops, and restaurants. Our sweet little beach with playground is only a half mile south. Beginning in 2022, I may or may not be using a small studio apartment, which is on a separate wing of the house. It has a separate entrance, and if it is in use, you probably won’t even know that I am there. The space This is a three bedroom, one and a half bath home. Two of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with queen beds, and the third bedroom is what I call the “bunk room“ There is a bunkbed with a double mattress on the bottom, and a single on the top and two other single beds. There is also a large sofa, Adirondack chair, dollhouse, books, and stuffed animals. Just off the bunk room is large loft which overlooks the great room. You will find another sofa there as well as an overstuffed chair for comfortable reading. The loft also has a spiral staircase, which takes you up to the third floor crow’s nest and deck which overlooks the waters of Ellison Bay. Guest access Guests will have complete access to the third floor deck, their bedrooms and baths,living room ,dining room, kitchen and the screened in porch and backyard. What they will not have access to is the garage, the laundry room, the downstairs bedroom and studio. Other things to note Ellison Bay has a lovely park and beach about a half mile south of my home. There you will find not only the beach but playground equipment and tennis courts.
