This home is conveniently located directly across from Lebanon Valley College in an historic and peaceful neighborhood of Annville. There is easy access just much of Central Pennsylvania. The kitchen has an amble supply of snacks with coffee in the breakfast nook to help get your day started. You will have access to other areas of the house, including the laundry room. Location makes it great for long term stays. This home from the 19th century is filled with memories. Private balcony too! The space Your second floor bedroom includes a secluded balcony that is ideal for kicking back and relaxing. Closet space along with drawers offer storage to support guests with longer term stays. You will be sharing a bathroom with just one other guest. Lastly, the room has a comfortable and plush memory foam full sized mattress that promises a good night's sleep. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all common areas in the home. This includes the living room, laundry room, kitchen and breakfast nook. During your stay Don't hesitate to contact me through the Airbnb app if there is anything that I can do to make your stay the best that it can be. I like older homes because they are filled with memories. Homes built in the 19th century were not built in the 21st century. This home does not have central A/C. There are fans to keep the room cool, but do keep that in mind. Note: I have added a window AC because of a few recent insufferable guests. Because this home has shared common spaces, I really try to keep insufferable people away because life is just too short. If you love to complain and if your glass is always half empty, then please find a different host.
