Whether you are coming to Allen, TX for the Event Center, Premium Outlet shopping, time with family or an extended stay, the Eagle's Nest is the prime location. With easy access to Hwy 75 and Hwy 121 you could be in Plano, McKinney, Frisco or Dallas in a few minutes. The 4 bedrooms and 2 baths accommodate 6-8 guests without anyone having to sleep on a couch. The hard surface flooring is allergy friendly. A large patio with an enclosed backyard makes for a safe playing area for children or pets. The space Please note that while pets are allowed, we do require prior approval and there Is an additional $60 cleaning cost. The house is located less than 3 miles from the Event Center, Outlet mall, Civic Center, various restaurants and Celebration Park with its expansive green area, playground and sprayground. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, bakeware, coffee machine, mixer, as well as the standard basics: dishes, glasses, and silverware. There is a TV in the living room connected to Apple TV and a DVD player. The bookshelf is stocked with some family friendly DVDs and a variety of board and card games. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, dresser, and private bath with large walk-in shower. The 3 guest bedrooms each have a closet (with hangers) and dresser. The bathrooms include towels, toiletry essentials (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). The laundry room has a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron, and is stocked with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The back yard is surrounded by a high privacy fence. A larger patio (15X30) with a grill is perfect for hanging outside and enjoying the weather. There is an additional dog run inside the fenced area on the side of the house. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house (except the garage), but there is plenty of parking in the driveway. High speed Wi-Fi is included, as well as a login to Netflix and Amazon Prime via the Apple TV. You can also log in to any of your own apps on the Apple TV. Feel free to enjoy the patio and cook out on the gas grill. Other things to note Please note that while the Eagle’s Nest is pet-friendly, we will assess an additional $50 pet cleaning fee to keep the house free of allergens for all our guests. We also ask that you keep all pets off of the furniture and clean up after your pets in the back yard. Any pet damage will be assessed after each stay and communicated through AirBnB.
