Cozy modern design apartment nestled in one of the oldest areas of guanajuato, the old-fashioned ivory road. Private area surrounded by former mining haciendas to the Guanajuato River, the apartment is an independent annex of a residence with direct and street access. The area offers privacy, tranquility, discretion and contact with nature, with easy access to the main points of interest and the city center in less than 15 minutes by car or taxi. The space The apartment is comfortable and spacious, the unevenness defines the spaces. It has a living room, dining room, cook with small space for cleaning items, bedroom with computer work area (in addition to the dining table) and a full bathroom with closet. The bathroom amenities are independent,by frosted glass doors, which allows the use of the space more comfortably. Guest access There are no shared areas with the house to which the apartment is attached, the site is completely private for guests During your stay I am available to support what guests require at the right times and I like to respect their privacy.
