Guest have complete access to the house and private pool and gardens through the private gated entrance. The entire premises is fenced and secured by locked gate at all time. We have a lock code at the entrance for super easy access without a key! Other things to note Please note that Santa Teresa is a beach town surrounded by jungle, where the influence of nature is prominent. Occasional power, internet, and water outages are infrequent but considered typical for the entire town. Similarly, encountering insects and animals is unavoidable. -We don't do parties. - NO smoking in the house (A 500US$ WILL BE CHARGED FROM SMOKING IN THE HOUSE) - we kindly ask you to turn of all AC if you leave the house or have doors open to the outside area. - we feel very strongly about recycling. Please help us to recycle your waste as much as possible. -our lovely Caretaker Mario lives in a small house tucked away on the property. He lives here since the villa was built and you might just never see him. He takes care of our beautiful garden and the pool. He’s the best and respects your privacy. We have an outside kitty that takes care of business outside :)
