A small fridge always with bottles of fresh water, a microwave oven, espresso ☕️coffee machine, pods, tea bags, jams and other little things for breakfast! In the living area there is also a comfortable sofa bed, a large smartTV, a table, chairs and stools. There is a small and charming bathroom with shower and bidet where you will find shower gel and anything else in small containers. I will always reward my guests with samples of creams and the like. The large and bright bedroom overlooks Via Nizza, the window is new and the windows isolate from noise. There is a large wardrobe and a large smartTV also in the room. Wi-Fi available. Located in the Hospitals area 🏥 and in a truly strategic position to reach various points of interest! Access for guests Guests will reach the accommodation from Via Nizza, accessing the condominium courtyard, staircase B on the second floor without lift. A wooden and glass door awaits you, with a box next to it for self-checking with a code that I will provide at the time of booking. Other things to keep in mind This accommodation is located in the HOSPITAL AREA (Molinette, CTO, Regina Margherita, Sant' Anna), precisely the Lingotto area, in a popular and multi-ethnic context, in a neighborhood where you can breathe a lively and vital atmosphere due to the presence of numerous refreshment in the surrounding area and a local market that every morning you will find in the square next to the condominium. It is in a strategic position to reach many points of interest in the city! Metro three minutes walk away, Lingotto nearby, automobile museum, Valentino, hospitals within walking distance!
