Surprise with our sophisticated Quinta Avanti lake house, located in front of the wonderful Lake Coatepeque of volcanic origin, where relaxation and fun combine to make your stay unforgettable. The space Quinta Avanti is inspired by the charming Italian style of “Lake Como”, which overflows a feeling of natural beauty, relaxation and adventure! You will be able to access the property from a car! Upon entering the property, you will find a large parking lot for 8 vehicles. Subsequently, you will enter our imposing house with a wonderful lake view, the house has ceiling fans, it has a fully equipped kitchen area with its respective breakfast bar, kitchen with electric burners, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender and other kitchen utensils that will allow you to prepare your favorite dishes. You can also make use of dishes, glasses, glasses, silverware, mugs, and other items to serve your food and drinks. You will find two large dining tables, a very cozy living room, which has a Smart TV for you to enjoy with your group. Also, a living room overlooking the lake, so you can relax. Leaving the house, you'll enjoy a spacious garden with games for children, an Amate tree that will captivate you with its majesty, an Italian-style pergola perfect for taking a photograph, and an outdoor bathroom. You will find a grill on the charcoal to prepare some delicious roasts. You can enjoy a huge infinity pool overlooking the lake, a jacuzzi that for a period of time of two hours of courtesy you can relax with hot water. If you require more air-conditioned water time, you can request it at an extra cost. We also have a kids pool! For your convenience, there is a dressing area with outdoor and indoor shower near the pool, with their respective bathrooms. Around you will find various sofas and seats where you can be comfortable, relax and enjoy the beauty of the lake of volcanic origin.
