Constantine's two story house is like stepping back in time. Great location, safe neighborhood, within walking distance to WA State Fair, downtown restaurants, and Safeway. Two bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom. Twin bed on main level in the sitting room with its own tv and access to covered patio outside. Large living room includes tv, gas fireplace, piano, and sitting areas. There is a kitchen nook off of the kitchen, or you can eat in the separate dining room. Washer and dryer is available. The space No pets/animals allowed due to my allergies. Thank you for understanding. No smoking/vaping inside. We have provided a small outdoor sitting area where you can smoke if you want. Please message me ahead of time if you are a smoker and I will place an ashtray on the outdoor table. Guest access Guests may choose either of the two bedrooms upstairs (Sister's Haven or the Baby Blue Room). Sister's Haven is the master bedroom suite, which is the first door on the left. The guest bedroom (Baby Blue Room) is the first door on the right. The second door on the right is not available for AirBnB guests. The upstairs bathroom is the second door on the left, but it does have a second door leading in to the master bedroom. Guests may use the entire downstairs on the main level and sit out under the covered patio area. In the sitting room there is a twin bed, tv, and is open to the patio, and the kitchen bar. AirBnB guests are not allowed in the garage areas. Other things to note The keyless entry is on the side door. It's the red door with the side steps meeting the cement driveway. To activate the key pad just touch anywhere on the key pad. When it's been activated the key pad lights up so you can see the numbers. Enter your pass code. It will beep after you hit each number. After entering your pass code then touch the shield I on on the bottom right of the key pad. You will hear the door upon lock and the shield will turn blue. The door automatically locks within 2-3 minutes. To lock the door, you go through the same steps, but you must keep pressing the shield button until you hear it lock, and the shield will turn orange.
