This charming cottage is the perfect cozy retreat for a family or group of friends looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It does have Wi-Fi! The living room boasts a beautiful fireplace and is quite cozy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, full size stove, microwave, and coffee maker at your disposal. Great little place with a short ride to the trails or in town! We do hope you enjoy your stay! The space This is a 3 bedroom, 2 - half baths - bathroom cottage. The property has a short trip to access Jericho State Park. There is also a private swimming hole with waterfalls just out the back and down a short trail. Please notify neighbor via text when you are going to be back there. This is for safety purposes. The owners and managers WILL NOT be responsible for injuries. (water shoes are advised) Guest access Please do NOT park on the vacant lot on the side of the house. It is very soft and boggy and you will get stuck. Any damage to the property will be at the guest's expense. NO CAMPERS OR MOTORHOMES ALLOWED. Other things to note We have 2 dogs that run around next door. Snoopy is a black and white lab mix and is super sweet and calm. Yogi is a black German Shepherd and has a LOT of energy! He shouts at us a lot!!
