Centrally located Cape Cod. Just a bike ride or a walk to Lake Michigan. This is one of three rentals in the home. I also live on site with my dog Patrick. This is an UPPER completely remodeled bedroom . Please no food in bedroom, only water. Conveniently located between Chicago and Milwaukee. Close to hospitals, colleges, parks, Lake Michigan, Metra train, bus stops and lovely downtown Kenosha where you'll find great dining options, pubs, coffee shops and beautiful Lake Michigan . The space There's NO drinking (besides water) or eating ANYWHERE besides the kitchen. Unfortunately i have had numerous things ruined so i need to implement this rule. If this is NOT followed, you'll be asked to leave without refund. This bedroom is upstairs and your shared bathroom will be on the main floor. Guest access Use of kitchen, livingroom, outdoor deck and main fleer bathroom only. Basement use is for using the laundry only. Upper bathroom is not for guests During your stay I'm available for any needs or concerns but I let the guests enjoy there privacy Other things to note Small dog on site Eating only in kitchen space or outdoors Smoking by the firepit only Kayak rentals available for a fee and waiver signed.
