Lovegrove Spartan is a rare 1953 Royal Mansion Trailer 42 feet long- same was completely remodeled few years ago by a beautiful young couple from top to bottom. It has about 320 sq feet inside and huge redwood deck outside. We added up mid century decor inside and outside to match the era. You will enjoy Eames chair , wooden futon, queen size bed with memory foam mattress and claw foot bathtub. Lovegrove Spartan is 42 feet trailer that was the most luxurious brand in 50-ies. Mr. Spartan was completely remodeled excluding its shell and some windows. New denim insulation, walls, fixtures, electric and water lines. We have tried to keep decor minimalistic with addition succulents to enhance the beauty of surroundings. It features spacious living/kitchen combo with small woodstove for those winter nights and eclectic choices of books. Outdoor living includes original restored fiberglass patio table with 4 chairs and 2 adirondack chairs in front of authentic mid century fireplace. Great wineries of San Marcos, Temecula and Escondido nearby. Beach is about 20 min drive: our favorite is Moonlight beach in Encinitas. Teri Common Grounds cafe nearby with excellent choices of healthy foods. Famous celebrity resort Golden Gate is 2 miles away ( we have better views :). Golden Gate Farm stand with amazing bread choices and free 11 am Sunday yoga classes is one mile away . Ask us about secret backroad to Daley Ranch trails ! Private Russian Steam Bath experience available during your stay for 300 dollars extra . Should be booked in advance ( seasonal ) . Cold plunge , salt water pool and herbal hot tea included . A platza is a traditional Russian healing treatment that involves using a leafy oak or birch branch bundle called a venik to massage the skin in a steam bath, or banya. Guest access Guests can use everything beyond their bamboo fence as well as hammock ( located under huge pepper tree) and rustic swing set. Pets have to be only on the leash due to coyotes activity in the area and lavender field fragility. Please, walk your pets to the nearby Walnut park ( 17 miles of trails) down the road and do not them use spartan deck or around it for their needs. Other things to note *We have 6 acres property here: Mr.Spartan is not fenced to ensure beautiful view of the nearby hills and nurseries. You may often see roadrunner that lived on the property and barn owl. You will hear frogs at night. Occasionally you may see coyotes passing by. * Redwood deck is about 3 feet high and has no railing. This maybe not suited for small children that left without supervision. * Quiet hours - after 10 pm. * We strive to deliver impeccable cleaning for Mr. Spartan. Some of his windows are original, so dust and other things like insects may find a way into it. *We have another vintage trailer about 200 feet away from Spartan. They face different direction and each has its own paramount privacy and bathrooms.
