The house is located in Aldea Santa Ana, Antigua Guatemala. Very close and south of the heart of the colonial city Santa Ana offers a slightly different experience, less touristy and more local. It has small businesses of all kinds. The square and its Nuestra Señora Santa Ana temple are attractions of the town and a meeting point for the population. A point of interest is also La Nueva Fábrica, a space dedicated to contemporary art. The space The house has independent access from Calle Real Santa Ana. On the first level, entering from the street, is the full kitchen and dining room space. Going up the steps there is access to two spaces. On the right side is the bedroom that has 1 double bed. It has access to the bathroom with hot water. The other space is the living room with a two-seater sofa, television and a desk with a chair for those who work remotely. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note If necessary and your trash cans are full during your stay, the trash removal service runs on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Properly closed bags must be taken out onto the street before 9:00AM. If you notice that the gas for the stove has run out, I would appreciate it if you let me know so I can place the order as soon as possible. The accommodation does not have its own parking. You can park, depending on availability, in front of the house as long as there are no municipal No Parking signs.
