Also a short drive to several military bases; and just 55 miles to Beautiful Destin. Come, relax, and enjoy this peaceful tranquility in the heart of Milton. The space The Guest house is a clean, cute, and cozy house- located to the rear of the main house. You will have full access to the guest house which has separate utilities, parking directly in front of the house, separate entrance, a cute little private patio, and several amenities for you to enjoy. The guest house has a full size kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living space. It even has a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use. We are a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our neighbors enjoy bike riding, walking, running, and golf cart rides throughout the neighborhood. You will do a self check in with a key pad code that will be given to you 1-2 days before you arrive. The code is activated at your check in time and deactivated at your check out time. There will be a House Manual once you check in with more details of the property, where to locate things in the house, places to go; and places to eat. We also have guest Netflix for your television entertainment. We are about 30 minutes from Pensacola and Pensacola International Airport; but about 45 minutes from Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach. We are about 10 minutes from Whiting Field military base; and approximately 35 minutes from Corry Station Pensacola. We do have our own attractions here in Milton such as The Riverwalk, Blackwater River, Holland Farms, Sowell Farm Christmas light Display during the Christmas season; Railroad Museum, and several parks.
