Community has fitness center and even a game room with billiard tables not to mention shuffle board and pickleball tournaments. Bedroom 1 has a new Double Bed. Bedroom 2 has a new single bed. Guest access The entire mobile home and parking is privately owned and included in the rental. Also included is the use of a community shared spaces like swimming pool and fitness center.
