Hang out, play games, have a fire, cookout, spend the day at the beach, go for a walk, fishing, and meet new friends in a great community. No parties, it is part of an association and therefore even my guests have to follow the rules. Thank you. The space Quaint comfy cottage with one bedroom and futon both are full size mattresses. In the loft there are beach chairs, beach bags, place to hang shirts, games, puzzles, a couple extra mattresses with extra bedding. Guest access Please do not use the indoor fireplace, it is not operable. Thank you! Other things to note There is a State boat launch located at 3 Laurel Passway which is off Perkins Road, Barkhamsted. Directions: Route 44, south on West Hill Lake Road, take first right (Perkins Road) to launch. Regulations: 8 HP limit from Memorial Day through September 15th, 6 MPH limit between sunset and sunrise. 15 MPH maximum speed limit during daytime. No water-skiing.
