This beautiful home has been recently renovated and displays a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen with new Whirlpool appliances, range, full-size refrigerator, microwave, state-of-the-art water filter, a mixer, a blender, and a coffee machine. Hot chocolate, tea, coffee, ice, dishware, cutlery, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, spices and some cooking essentials are also provided for your use. Enjoy peace, quiet, and privacy. Take in great sunrises and stunning sunsets with a cup of coffee, or a glass of wine while visiting with family or friends. Night-time views filled with enough stars for everyone to hang a wish on. Complete privacy is yours as you relax on the deck, on the patio, or down by the pond. Beyond the property are 100 acres of undeveloped land and another 16 acres in front of the house. It is very quiet and a great opportunity to disconnect and let your worries slip away. But if you choose to, Wi-Fi is also available. The cottage comprises of a main bedroom with a Queen size bed with private bathroom. A second bedroom with twin bunk beds, a trundle bed and an adjacent half bathroom and laundry room. The open living area has a full-size sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space bringing max capacity to 7; a comfortable chair and ottoman, TV, DVD/Blu-Ray player, movies and the dining room table and chairs. All linens and towels are provided during your stay. A vehicle is required as ride share, and meal delivery companies do not service the area. It is larger than expected. Parking space, for a maximum of 3 vehicles, is provided next to the house for easy access. This listing gives access to the house, back and front yard, and the pond with its surroundings. Please be considerate and do not walk on the hay fields during growing and harvest season. For your safety we do not allow guests into pastures or animal pens without being accompanied and supervised by a host. Do not enter closed gates without permission. Do not attempt to go through or climb over fences. Vegetable garden on the property is strictly for owner's use. We live in the Main House on the property, in the front of the land. Access to the property/field in the front, pond, and its buildings is not allowed for this listing unless authorized by the owners/hosts. If you plan to arrive later, let us know so we can accommodate you. Other things to note The Main Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a tall dresser, and a closet to hang clothes. The Living Room has a full-size couch and a comfortable chair and ottoman. The house is perfect for two adults and young kids. Although we can accommodate more than two adults, we want to make sure everyone understands the accommodations. The house has a seven (7) guest capacity. Infants and toddlers in a portable crib count towards this limit. Any changes to this policy must be requested and approved before your stay. Please ensure ALL remotes are left on the premises. Any remote missing will be subject to a replacement charge. Regarding cleaning fee: After every guest departure (independent of the number of nights), the house is completely wiped down and sanitized. Along with the basics (bathroom cleaned, clean towels, clean sheets, etc...), every surface is wiped down including doorknobs, floors, keys, refrigerator, etc... Everything is thoroughly cleaned so you can enjoy your stay in an exceptionally clean environment! We don't use bleach or harsh chemicals in consideration of guests with chemical sensitivities, but we use a top-of-the-line disinfectant. We meet CDC Cleaning Guidelines.
