We renovated it completely in 2022, with new plumbing, floors, paint inside and out, and new sliding glass doors. The bathroom is brand new too! All the beds have super comfy new mattresses. The linens are all Hotel Quality 100% cotton California Design Den. The furniture is a mix of new and vintage pieces, the vibe is on point. The house sits on a big property with lots of trees like cedars, pines, oaks, and dogwoods. Stepping into the Ferndale gives a treehouse experience, you can see trees from every window, making it feel private and peaceful, like you're in the middle of the forest. The neighborhood is great too! It’s only 5-10 minutes away from three grocery stores, many restaurants, Lake Arrowhead Village, and Crestline/Lake Gregory.
