We look forward to welcoming you :) ## Logement Warm and well-appointed, this 500-year-old house comprises : 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 3 single beds. 2 bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen. A work area. A lounge area for relaxing after a day out. Everything you need for a great stay is provided, including Wi-Fi, parking, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, barbecue, fridge, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost. Baby chairs and cots are also available. One of the strong points of this house is its location: Damgan beach is 15 minutes away, offering superb seaside walks. If you prefer a smaller beach, Kervoyal is just next door. Continue on to PENERF, where you can sample their oysters. The town of Vannes is 20 minutes away, ideal for a stroll along the harbour and under the ramparts. And of course, don't miss the Gulf of Morbihan, with its beaches and islands. For your everyday needs, there's a Carrefour Market Questembert supermarket just 8 minutes away by car. There's also a mini-market, a bakery and a butcher's and delicatessen, as well as restaurants in the village itself. Another highlight: less than 20 minutes from Berric, one of France's most beautiful villages, Rochefort en Terre, is well worth a visit. The commune lies on the border between the Gallo and Breton regions, not far from Muzillac, Ambon and Lauzach. An ancient commune, Berric doesn't seem to date back any further than the Xᵉ century.
