As you enter the accommodation, you'll find a large stone living room with rustic and cosy décor, ideal for moments of conviviality and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen also has a space with a wood-burning oven. On this floor, there is also a guest toilet, offering convenience and functionality for everyone. On the first floor, there is a suite with a private bathroom equipped with a shower, guaranteeing privacy and comfort. In addition, there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both well lit. To serve these rooms, there is a shared bathroom with a bathtub. The outdoor space is a true leisure haven, with a swimming pool, outdoor shower, solarium deck, barbecue area, dining area and an open garage space for parking. AREA This property is located in the far west of the island of Madeira, in the parish of Ponta do Pargo, in the municipality of Calheta. As it is in a more isolated area, you won't find any shops in the vicinity of the property. Forty minutes away by car are the famous Porto Moniz swimming pools. Nearby you can visit the Ponta do Pargo lighthouse. In the town of Prazeres you can find a market and restaurants with typical Madeiran cuisine and a Pedagogical Farm with animals and a tea house. In the municipality of Calheta you can visit the museum housed in the 'Casa das Mudas' or take a dip in the sandy beach, right in the centre of town. There you'll find a medium-sized supermarket and several restaurants serving regional and international cuisine. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer.
