Greystone Cottage is newly renovated, dog-friendly, and a 5 min walk to restaurants/shopping in the historic town of West Jefferson. The cottage has a mountain view, large gated porch, hot tub, gas grill, and fire pit with edison lights illuminating the outdoor area at night. The cottage is equipped with keyless entry, fiber optic high speed internet, smart TVs, washer and dryer, mini-split A/C and heat, and a fully functional kitchen. The two bedrooms have Sealy memory foam mattresses (Queen). It has a large porch, gas grill, edison lights, hot tub, and seating area with a firepit with a mountain view. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note We allow up to two dogs in the cottage-but an extra fee applies. Please do not attempt to bring a vicious, destructive, or non-housebroken dog. You are 100 percent responsible for any damage that your dog(s) may cause. Please pickup after your dogs (poop bags are on the porch for your use). We have some dog toys, a dog blanket, and dog bowls at the residence for your use. If your dog makes a mess, please clean it up.
