The inside is newly furnished with comfy mattresses and smart TVs but the real star is the outside space. There is a large screened in porch as well as a patio for sunbathing. The only exception is the locked owner's closet on the main floor to the right of the 1/2 bath. Other things to note We are lakefront and there is no barrier between the yard and the water. Please be aware of this when booking with small children or others who cannot swim. There is fiber internet at the house, however, cell service is not great (1-2 bars). Keep this in mind if you anticipate needing to make a lot of phone calls (texts go through just fine but calls can be a little difficult). Also, this should go without saying, but we are a house in the middle of a wooded area directly on the water. This means that despite our best pest control efforts, you might see a bug. This is to be expected and is no cause for alarm. If seeing a bug here or two will ruin your stay, this isn't the property for you.
