The space This annexed house, industrial style loft type, is a spacious garage converted into a 2 bedroom apartment, well-equipped kitchen, full bathroom, work area, spacious living/dining room that can be fully integrated into the patio, garden and forest. The main bedroom features a Queen bed and split air conditioning. The single bedroom/office has a Twin bed and portable air conditioning, next to a large workbench with a view to the living room and patio and a sofa that can be converted into a bed. The internet is fiber optic, ideal for remote work. The house is very cool, with large doors, sliding doors and ceiling fans. Parking is outside the house. Guest access The entire property is private so guests have access to the external patio, the grill area, the deck of the ravine. Other things to note This is a private residential area with restricted access. It has an electric safety gate. The guest will be given the key and access key.
