The property is made up of a main house and a fully outfitted garage barn. As you enter the property you'll you will see the white barn that was built in 2021 and outfitted with top of the line amenities, on the ground level you will find a fully outfitted gym that can be used by guests, upstairs you will find pool / ping pong table, poker table, four queen beds, and a large projector screen to spend nights with family and friends watching movies. Not to mention this upstairs area is equipped with a full bathroom and steam shower! Additionally, you will find beverage fridges, microwave, and a sink to make those movies nights a breeze! Next you'll find the main cabin that sits perched overlooking the Cleveland Metro Parks giving you the feeling of privacy and seclusion yet only being 5 minutes away from your major "big box" stores. As you enter in your greeted with stunning vaulted ceilings and an open concept kitchen / dining / living room. The kitchen has been outfitted with the highest quality appliances including a 42" Thermador gas range, commercial sub zero fridge and freezers. The intent of this home is to disconnect as there is no TV and enjoy home cooked meals with family and friends. Gather around the large 12 person dining table or sit by the fire and enjoy a cup of coffee looking out into unobstructed views of the forest. In the main cabin you will find 3 private bedrooms with the primary suite having its own en suite bathroom while the other two share the hallway bath. In the bathrooms you will find heated floors to keep those feet warm in the winter! Outside you will find a large wrap around deck that has been built to help guests get the full experience of being in the metro parks. Wrapping all the way around the house there is an outdoor dining table, an area to gather and sit around with friends and a barrel sauna! Last but not least a private lookout deck was built overlooking the creek that can be used in anyway you can imagine! Whether its waking up and enjoying a tranquil morning cup of coffee, or heading out with your yoga mat to enjoy some solitude this is one of our favorite spots on the property!
