Amenities - Infinity Hot Tub - Multiple outdoor lounging areas - Two 49"Smart TVs - A 43"Smart TV - Gourmet style cooktop with modern appliances Important information Access and security - Access to the parking space is uphill however it does not require a 4x4 vehicle. - The access to the house has several flights of stairs, so we do not recommend it to guests with reduced mobility. - Our properties are safe and exclusive to our guests; however we recommend not to leave anything of value inside their vehicle as we are not responsible for external factors in case of damage to their property. - We do not allow people other than registered guests, events, parties, or gatherings, in order to keep other guests safe and respect their privacy. Fines and fees will apply in case of violation of the policy. - If you are traveling with children, we recommend supervision at all times since the house includes furniture and delicate objects that can be easily damaged. Policies - We allow pets upon request and for an additional cost and a non-refundable pet advance. Fines and fees will apply, and even eviction, in case of receiving a pet without the necessary permits. - Other guests may check in after you, and they also deserve to find the house as clean as you found it. We ask that you follow the check out time as per the policies in order to allow our staff to have enough time to work on the house. A charge of USD$150 will apply in the event of a breach of the policy. - We require your full name and identification information at check-in due to local tax requirements. Other things to note Notes. -The cleanliness is our priority, please note that it is not a room, we have multiple areas that our guests deserve to find clean, so we ask you to comply with our check-out time. If you do not comply with the check-out time this may result in a fine of up to $150 - From the parking lot to the house we have quite a few steps to take into account if you have mobility issues - - Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional pet fee and a deposit. If pets are brought into the home without approval, a fine will be applied and you will be asked to vacate. - Access to the parking lot is steep, you will be provided with assistance. No need for 4x4. - The house can be dangerous for small children if you do not have good supervision as it also has delicate furniture and items that can be damaged. - You are asked for the name and personal ID number or passport for issues of payment of local taxes.
