Welcome to Rancho Villa Mar. It's a large walled property with parking available within the gates to ensure privacy and security. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms which will accommodate a max of 14 people comfortably. There is air conditioning throughout the house. The rest of the property is sheltered but open air to take full advantage of the tropical heat, breeze, and amazing sounds of the Pacific Ocean. The space We are a private property located Beach Front that would make you feel being in your own little paradise in El Salvador. You are able to enjoy the beautiful ocean with family and friends. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Three bedroom upstairs with queen beds and private bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a panoramic ocean view. One additional bedroom on the main floor with a shared bathroom. Air conditioning is available throughout the house. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, and basic utensils needed to cook a meal. Additionally, you have your own private pool. Other things to note Please note, Guests allowed are 14 people (including adults and children). In case it is found that the limit has been exceeded on the property, there will be an additional charge per person, per night, and per day. The beach gate closes at sunset. The front gate will be locked by 11:30 pm. If you need the front gate or beach gate to be open later, please consult with us and/Susi. Please note that the property uses well water, which is safe to cook, clean, shower, etc. At times, there might be an "odor" but it is safe. Additionally, we will provide enough toilet paper for your stay. If you need more than what has been provided, we will charge a cost. The ocean can be strong, especially at high tide. Please use extreme caution if you are unfamiliar with ocean swimming.
