Please note there are security cameras on the outside of the property facing the entrance and the driveway. This is an upstairs secondary suite with a dedicated entrance. Those with mobility issues should note that as this is a century home the staircase is not as wide as modern staircases and a bit steeper. We live on the property and are happy to help should you need anything! Your apartment is accessible through a dedicated entrance at the back of the house. We are located 20 minutes (by car) west of Kanata or 40 minutes to downtown Ottawa. Carleton place is not near Carleton University :). The Ottawa Airport (YOW) is approximately 50 minutes by car. Please note this is a century house and sound travels! you may hear kid noises or noise from other guests through the walls. Our property is pet friendly. There is parking for one standard-sized vehicle in the driveway. Street parking is free and readily available except for overnights in the winter.
