The space The property is situated in a beautiful neighborhood, walking distance to the up and coming west end, quick walk to the North end and into town down a beautiful historic street. The first floor boosts a large and bright kitchen / dining room with lounge area, and flat screen tv. Along with a 1/2 bath and nice sized living room with tv, games, etc. . The 2nd floor has a king sized bedroom, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, 3rd has a full sized bed. A full sized bathroom with shower/tub is located on the 2nd floor. You can expect to have a very well stocked kitchen, bathroom essentials, spare towels, linens, a few beach chairs & beach towels. House also has a gas grill, back yard patio/grass area with fenced in yard and bistro lights. *You will be greeted with coffee & tea and some cream to start off your morning. *Please note the TV is a smart tv and will work with your own streaming services *Wifi is high speed. *Portable A/C window units for prime summer months (July/August)are in specific rooms only. There are 2 units total. Portable fans and window fans are also provided. King bedroom has a ceiling fan, along with dining area. * parking spots off street in driveway - for 3 cars maximum. *This home is truly a gem, very relaxing and updated. * please note this property is best suited for groups that are looking for a peaceful neighborhood, a nice home to relax in. No parties or events allowed. Non smoker/smoking property Regarding the area: It's a quick 7 minute drive to Kittery Maine. Quick access to all the great coastal beaches. Wallis Sands beach in Rye being the closest, along with beautiful New Castle beach, all a quick (less than 15 minute) drive. You can kayak along the water ways, venture over to New Castle commons and so much more. Check out the local cheese stores, fish markets, Prescott Park, Strawberry Banke. Walk or bike over the Memorial bridge into Kittery for a nice dinner or breakfast. So much to see an explore! The wonderful thing about Portsmouth NH and my home...is once here, you are so close to everything. if you don't want to drive you can walk or bike. It is a bikers dream to explore the coast going south or north into Maine. If you like to surf or want to surf, head down to Summer Sessions Surf shop at Rye Beach for rentals and lessons or Cinnamon Rainbows in Hampton. Our goal is to provide a lovely home and experience for guests. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and fenced in back yard.
