PETS NEGOTIABLE PETS NEGOTIABLE. Sometimes see monkeys from bed. The space The apartment is very nice and peaceful! It also backs up to the jungle :) You can often see howler monkeys or or hummingbirds or a giant iguana snacking on melon in the front yard! Bathroom, yard, patio, kitchen, laundry (for guests staying 3 nights or more), great wifi. I live on the same property and am friendly and outgoing and happy to answer questions or provide tips. It's peaceful, very close to several great restaurants, with a variety of price points. Also very close to the bank and both big grocery stores, a very short walk to the beach (3 - 5 min). There is a major bus stop across the street, right in front of the house as well as another major bus line about a block away. And National Car Rental is a couple of doors down. It's also right across the street from a delicious local restaurant :) Guest access Private studio apartment with private balcony. Large fenced yard . Can park in yard., secured with locking gate. Laundry (if you stay 3+ days). Patio area. Hammock. Other things to note The room will be ready by check in time (4:00). If you need an early check in, it can usually be arranged. Please request an early check in at least 24 hrs prior to arrival. We have an unfriendly dog who is kept away from guest areas, but does help with security, also an old cat and some chickens. The apartment does have a decent fenced area for guest pets to access outside directly from the apartment, will consider pets, please contact me to discuss. Only registered guests on property.
