Downtown Lake Living! Welcome to our home uniquely located in the heart of Madison's Isthmus and on the Northwest shoreline of Monona Bay. Find yourself in a quiet neighborhood tucked alongside Brittingham Park yet steps away from all the action Madison has to offer. Look out your window to watch the sunrise over the water. Walk to nearby coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques. Or maybe venture to the Capitol Square, UW Campus or Willy Street. The options are endless and your adventure awaits! The space When you arrive at our home you'll find a private entrance, keyless entry and a stairway that will lead you upstairs to an 800 sq. ft. private suite. Once inside you'll discover a cozy space with original maple hardwood floors and lake views throughout. Rooms include a kitchenette equipped with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, convection oven, toaster, coffee maker, and other basic essentials; a dinette, two bedrooms with queen memory-foam mattresses, a bathroom, and a living room with a sectional couch and TV. Guests will have access to Apple TV including Netflix and Amazon streaming options. All the decor, beds and amenities give this private suite a clean, functional, safe and sophisticated feel. Once you enter the home head up the stairs to the guest suite. When you get to the first landing there are two light switches and two doors. The door straight ahead is a closet and the door to the right is the entrance to the lower level. The guest suite is around the corner to the left. Once you get into the guest suite please take off your shoes. There is a shoe and coat rack in the kitchenette. All other information can be found in the House Log located on the white cabinet in the dinette. From there it's easy, kick back relax and enjoy your stay!! Guest access You will have availability to the guest suite on the second floor with a private entrance from the back of the home. Guests will receive one free parking space in driveway on request. Other things to note There is on street parking for a maximum of two hours Mon-Sat from 8am-6pm. No parking Monday's 8am-12pm. No guests allowed in home, other than those staying at Airbnb.
