This house is a great place to enjoy the Coast Guard Festival and you can hear the musical fountain while sitting on the front porch at night. We just installed a new washer and dryer in the laundry room. We have two full bathrooms. We recently added a new BBQ grill and lighted patio in the back to enjoy the summer nights. We had a heat pump/air conditioner installed in 2020 to help cool the house down. This home is over 100 years old so fans are provide in each bedroom to help circulate the cool air.
