La Joya is 5 minutes walk from the idyllic and blissfully empty beach of Oceania del Polonio. It is a new 2-storey house set in the woods by the sea with no neighbours nearby. Please note that there are no shops and you are recommended therefore to come by car - there is a convenience store or "almacen de campo" 6km away. A 10km walk from Cabo Polonio, Oceania is a wonderful getaway from it all. Our house offers you a chance to really unwind and enjoy the beautiful nature of the Rocha coast.
