G8 and G2 bus picks up outside the house.- Center of Washington, private fully furnished all inclusive room, metro/bus accessible. Close to Chinatown, 14th /U st strip,and Noma. ABOUT THE ROOMS : All inclusive - Bedroom, bathroom, and all common areas including living room, kitchen, sunroom, dining room, porch etc. Have private bedrooms and double occupancy rooms available immediately. All prices all inclusive. I do have rooms for you with a bed,furniture and and will have all the utilities included. All utilities will be included. ie. electric,air-conditioning, gas, water, garbage, wireless internet, hard wired internet, all furniture,ie. bed,table ,chair. I also throw in a lot of other stuff in the house. You just have to get your own groceries. I throw in other supplies such as garbage bags, kitchen washing detergent, paper towels, cleaning supplies,etc. Single occupancy ,double occupancy available monthly for 3 months and longer possible. Weekly renting is also possible and daily renting is also possible based on availability and time of year. Can rent SHORTTERM OR LONGTERM if you wish. The neighborhood is great and gracefully vibrant! It is the fastest growing area in DC!. It is quiet and peaceful for a city home. BTW- There are bathrooms on every floor so no body needs to feel pressure about the # of people to every bathroom! The kitchen has utensils , plates , silverware etc and other amenities for use ie. microwave, toaster, etc. There is a separate refrigerator and washer/dryer for the residents as well!! Accessibility : We are totally metro and bus accessible. It is a 6-7 minute walk to the metro. We are also off of major bus lines . Being tucked right in between 4 major crossroads;ie North Capitol st,.N.W.,Rhode Island Ave. N.W. , Florida Ave N.W.., and New Jersey Ave N.W., you can get to any point of the city in a flash! You can get to all areas in the city and elsewhere either via bus or by metro besides other areas of work very quickly!.We have the green line " Shaw " metro stop to the right and 2 red line metro's to the left. I want my guests to have a great time in Washington as there truly is a lot to do here and for free!! The only thing I ask is that there is no drunken or disorderly behavior.
