House on the sand located on Pitangueiras Beach, a beach of only 300 meters and six summer houses. We are right in front of the São Sebastião canal and have a wonderful view of Ilhabela! In addition, we are only 4 km from the city of São Sebastião and the ferry to Ilhabela. The beaches of Guaecá, Maresias and Toque Toque are also less than 20 minutes away as well. The space Villa Pitanga has been in the family since the 1950s! It was the perfect place to spend the summer holidays with lots of friends! Wonderful souvenir place for a lot of people! Since 2013 we have been renting the house for weekends and season. Villa Pitanga is a very special place. It is perfect for those who just want to relax and rest, and also for those who want to get to know a little more of the region, since we are close to many famous beaches on the north coast, and we are also very close to the wonderful Ilhabela! Guest access Our guests can enjoy the pool and all common areas of the house. The house is literally standing on the sand having to cross only the garden to get to the beach!
