Gratitude is a cozy and bright cabin, with its entrance facing the interior valley of the peninsula, and a magnificent view of the lake from the dining room, kitchen and master bedroom from its beautiful private deck. Located on a large plot of 2 hectares, it borders a beautiful coihues forest that ends on Lake Nahuel Huapi. A quiet place ideal for a couple with up to 4 children or young adolescents. The space The house has a master bedroom with double King Size bed and a private deck to the lake , a second bedroom with four single beds std. superimposed on two single beds designed for children or young adolescents of the family group, a bathroom with bidet and large shower, full kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee makers, fridge with freezer and washing machine, a dining table for six people, and a warm living room with fireplace and TV. All rooms are heated with a balanced-fire gas stove. In case of simultaneous availability we have a second fully equipped apartment, ideal for an additional couple of friends or parents. The significant distances between them require having a vehicle, or being willing to walk the 2.5Km that separate us from the route and public transport. Guest access In addition to a garden and an oak grove, the house has a comfortable covered outdoor entrance in which a table and benches allow, during the summer, breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. To enjoy the sun, there is a large deck ideal for loungers, and a shaded area under the oaks to enjoy tea in the afternoon. Additionally, it has an American type grill equipped with wheels to be moved to the place they prefer. WARNING 2025 Given the danger of forest fires, by municipal ordinance of the month of February 2025, until the month of April 2025 it is strictly forbidden throughout the municipal ejido of BRC to make any type of outdoor fire, which includes asados. Other things to note 1- Our published rate, contemplates that half of the guests are couples without children, so most of the spaces of the house are not used by them. Children up to 2 years of age are our guests and we gladly prepare a comfortable practice just for them. Children up to 8 years of age pay 1/2 additional guest fee, or two days x one. Adults and young people 10 years of age or older, in addition to the base couple, pay as an additional guest. 2- While GRATITUDE has a full toilet additional to the bathroom, a single shower can be a limitation for large groups, especially when additional adults are added to the couple. 3- We recommend avoiding allocating the second bedroom for older adults. While the beds are Std size, the fact of being superimposed only makes them perfect for boys and young people. 4- For the months of January and February we would appreciate taking into account minimum stays of 1 week.
