Monthly rental available through Airbnb. No outside leasing. Studio apartment w/ queen bed, twin futon, full bath and a kitchenette area. One hour + away from downtown Nashville. The Bunkhouse is available for monthly (short-term - 3 month max*) Pets ok per review. $50 per pet fee. Max 30 lbs dog. Space is small and suitable for two adults (ideal for solo traveler). We live in a rural area so you may occasionally hear farm noises. Most find it incredibly peaceful! The space The Bunkhouse is approx. 300sf. It is peaceful and quiet, cozy with beautiful views of pastures filled with horses. Perfect for the solo or work at home traveler. We always encourage our guests to wake up in time to sip coffee on the porch and watch the sunrise. We promise it's worth it! There is a treadmill and a yoga studio below the Bunkhouse. Host offers private and group yoga classes. Classes are 3x/week. Noise is minimal. We do live in the country so you may hear farm noises occasionally. Most folks find it incredibly peaceful here! Guest access Feel free to make yourself at home on the farm. We have friendly chickens, a farm cat and two small dogs, Festus and Ranger. Other things to note Bunkhouse kitchen area includes electric 2 burner cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and small fridge/freezer. Please remember we are out in the country and sometimes critters (bugs!) come to visit. Depending on the time of the year there will be bees and wasps and, especially in the fall, the dreaded Asian lady beetle ( they are not dangerous just a nuisance). Sometimes they make their way into the Bunkhouse. There is a fly swatter under the sink and wasp spray as well. For guests that are here for a month or more: You are responsible for your own cleaning of the Bunkhouse as well as laundry. Weekly cleaning service is available for $25/week. Towels and sheets will be washed as well as the apartment will be cleaned. If you want to do your own cleaning, supplies are available. We provide a one time set up of cleaning supplies, paper towels and toilet paper. For guests who stay more than a few days, you are responsible to purchase your own supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) We have a few critters here on the farm. There is an orange tabby cat running around and her name is Nate. The dogs are Festus and Ranger. You may hear some roosters crowing as we are in farm country!
