We are family friendly with all the comforts of home, away from home. We are located between Soldotna and Ninilchik with easy access to the Sterling Hwy. on the Kenai Peninsula, close to the Kasilof River and Clam Gulch beach. It's the perfect spot to stay on your way back from Homer! We also offer commercial fish processing if you are doing any charters on the peninsula. Our residence is on the side of this large 3 story rental so we are close by, but you have 100% access to your side. The space This is a 6 bedroom, 6 1/2 bathroom, 3000 sq. ft. duplex home. It is 3 stories with a large wrap around deck. You will have access to the entire 3 stories and deck. The top floor has 4 bedrooms all with their own bathroom (3 with jetted tubs, 1 with 4 ft. shower). Two of the bedrooms also have balconies with a view. All bedrooms have TV's with streaming devices or smart TV's. The middle floor has a large kitchen and dining room with picture windows overlooking the deck. The middle floor also includes a living room with 1 couch and 2 recliners, large private entry and a 1/2 bath. The downstairs has an additional family room with a love seat, twin day bed, kitchenette, and small table and chairs. There are two bedrooms downstairs off the family room. The larger bedroom has a private bath with a large jetted tub. Their is also an additional bathroom off the family room and a laundry room. Guest access We are located right off the Sterling Hwy. with easy access to the peninsula. You have outside parking in front of the house. Other things to note This is a duplex. The larger part of the house is the rental and we reside on the smaller side. There is a door that goes between the two houses that is locked on both sides to ensure privacy with both groups. Both sides have their own private entry, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The rental side has 100 % access to the wrap around deck.
