It is a stay especially focused on family groups with children and/or older adults, with all the necessary amenities to make them feel at home in a very safe and pleasant environment. It has a prime location, a few steps from the Baywatch Casino, in front of the Brazas restaurant, empanada sales, still life, bakeries, liquor stores and 3 minutes from the town of Tucacas and the Morrocoy National Park entrance. Upper floor: Room 1: One double bed with ensuite bathroom. Room 2: two single beds (which can be converted into a double bed IF THEY REQUEST IT IN ADVANCE). Room 3: bunk bed with double bed below and single bed above. The utensils and furniture that are located inside the townhouse and common areas are for EXCLUSIVE USE WITHIN IT, that is, they should not be taken out of the property. If you lose or cause damage to any object or structure, you must replenish it with the same characteristics or cover it with 100% of its cost. Refrain from parties in the townhouse internal areas. Celebrations can be held in the social areas of the pool and grill, where there is an ideal atmosphere to gather together, as long as the rules of community coexistence and internal rules clearly posted on the sign are met. The hours of use of the pool are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. The complex has free-use fireplaces for guests and owners, located in a caney in the pool. Additional services: 1.- We offer the service of a sports boat or yacht, from 21 to 42 feet, depending on the budget that I manage. With a captain and crewman at your disposal to explore the keys and bays of Morrocoy National Park in full day format (from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm).
